What we process
GLOWADMIN processes account contact details, business profiles, customer bookings, uploaded brand assets, usage events and support messages. A pre-treatment form may contain sensitive health information. It is used only for the relevant booking.
Why and for how long
Data is needed to operate the service, secure accounts, fulfil bookings, prevent abuse and meet contractual or legal duties. We keep it only while the account, transaction or applicable legal period requires it. Temporary onboarding uploads are private and deleted after publication.
Providers and transfers
Hosting, database, email, AI, error monitoring and payment services process only the data they need on our behalf. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by GLOWADMIN. Full provider and transfer details will be published before the public paid launch.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@glowadmin.com. Required security logs cannot be disabled while you use the service.
